Refund policy

At Oak & Lily, we believe you'll love our products! However, if you change your mind, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • We offer a 5-day return policy. Please ensure your return request is submitted within 5 days of receiving your item(s).
  • The product must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Conditions for Return:

  • Returns cannot be processed for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package.
  • We cannot accept emails or images regarding returns if they are sent more than 48 hours after delivery.
  • Returns are not eligible for products purchased during special sales promotions or for freebie items.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email us at help@avarah.in or send a WhatsApp message to +91 8088 743 076 with your order ID and registered email/phone number.
  • Returns will be picked up free of charge.
  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours for prepaid orders or within 7 days for COD orders after the product is received at our facility.

Exchanges:

  • Delivery charges for exchanged products will apply according to our standard shipping policy.
  • If you're returning part of an order, please hand over only the partial order to the pickup agent.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for Napkins.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Order cancellation requests must be made before dispatch.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, we will deduct the shipping charges from the refund.
