SHIPPING POLICY

We're delighted you've chosen us and can't wait for Oak & Lily to be part of your living spaces! We ship across India and would like to have our product reach you as soon as possible. We process your orders within 1-3 business days after receiving them. And products will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 business days. We have various payment options available to you - you can pre-pay using UPI, Mobile Wallets, Debit Cards, or Credit Cards. 
We understand that you may be able to completely trust the quality of our products and service only once you've received your first purchase and therefore, we provide the COD option only on first orders. COD orders are charged additionally to cover the COD collection charges borne by the company, and this depends on the value of the order.
In fact, we strongly urge you to consider the pre-paid option even for your first order, because we offer a 5% off in case you do!
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that we will not be able to ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may unfortunately occur in rare circumstances due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier issues. We're sure you'll understand :)
